As
a part of the curriculum programme and summer school practice,
students from different institutions within the state as well
as outside approach the Centre to undertake project programmes
on the subjects like Computer Science, Astronomy, Mathematics,
Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The centre helps the students
extending expertise. Under this programme, among those
benefitted are the students of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani,
Amrita Institute of Technology-Coimbatore, Loyola College-Chennai,
St. Joseph's College-Tiruchirappalli, Sri Vasavi
College-Erode, D.G.Vaishnava College-Chennai, Pachiayappa's
College - Chennai, Pachiayappa's
College-Kancheepuram, Ethiraj college - Chennai, Women's Christian College - Chennai, other Engineering Colleges and
Polytechnics too.
